NSF Fellowship Research Program:
Can Dwarf Galaxies Sustain Massive Galaxy Star Formation? Characterizing the Magellanic-Galactic Gas Flows.
Research Interests:
Investigating the interplay between circumgalactic gas and galaxies to understand how inflows, outflows, and tidal processes impact galaxy evolution.
Determining the properties (e.g., density, temperature, metallicity, kinematics, and ionization fraction) of circumgalactic gas to identify their origins and how they interact with their surroundings.
Constraining the baryon content around galaxies by measuring the extent, morphology, and distribution of circumgalactic material in all phases.
Exploring the heating sources that influence circumgalactic gas structures to understand how baryons accrete through galaxy halos, flow out from galaxies, and probe the environment that influences these structures.
